Does this guy deserve to be over? What has he done since Arriving in the WWE?. He has got free title riegns, Two money in the bank suitcases, and What for? Only because his gimmick is perfect for the P.G version of the WWE. Punk is as overrated as they come. There is no way he is ready to have the big title yet. Well look at his last run, All he managed to do was pin JBL, and its not like that is hard.
